Project Specific Questions:
1: What is the estimated timeline for completing a high-rise building project?
Well, it depends on the project; its scale and type of design/structure/architecture finalized. For a conventional high-rise project normally seen in Pakistan (for example take any 10-20 floors project in Gulberg Lahore , should ideally be completed within 15-24 months.)
Well, as far as the construction practices and material used are concerned, we have a very simple rule. Basic Construction materials eg for cement steel sand, crush, tiles, paints, wood ^, sanitary – top graded materials are used which in layman language are termed as A+ or premium category. We in our company have not created any categories as a b c – we have fixed quality category, we only do A+ and premium, nothing below nothing cheaper.
3: How do you ensure quality control during the construction process?
Well, we know this concern of our clients, Being a big company our new clients do have this concern sometime that how full attention shall be given to their project. We do have managed finding good solutions to this.
We have some solid SOPs well-taught and ingrained in all our managerial workforce.
Our in-house audit team visits each site on regular basis and checks the progress.
The material is brought at our common warehouse from where it is distributed to all our sites so that no standard is compromised.
Only one site is allotted to one Engineer at a time and we make sure he is well-apt at his job.
Performance reports/progress reports/quality control reports are made on weekly basis
The top management of the company visits projects time and again to make sure the qualitz and time management.

It depends on multiple factors; location (the exact depth and quality of soil), the design, the structure/architecture.
But if one need to have a general information, our per sqft model starts from 2800psft.
However our team can help you finding a perfect cost estimate for your project.
5: Are there any potential additional costs that might arise during the construction process?
Normally, there arent any. But yes, if the project gets delayed because of any unforseeablle circumstances or because of delay at clients end, Price variation charges may apply if there is inflation going on.
